Watch the video provided by SantaAnitaLive that shows Quick Enough crossing the finish line, the aftermath in the winners circle and a short interview with Patrick Valenzuela and his thoughts about racing in Santa Anita on a sunny day where the mountains can be seen covered in snow in the background. Only fitting the race was for California breds.
Race #3 at Santa Anita 2/19/11 proved to be an exciting one with a $150,000 purse on the line. Joel Rosario on Champ Pegasus (3/2) edges out even money favorite Bourbon Bay ridden by Rafael Bejarano. I saw through TVG’s free info that Champ Pegasus had a nice power rating by a decent margin but was definitely going to be challenged by Bourbon Bay.
